However, if your content includes, references, or mentions Rana AlBasri Mouawad, the TRUST Method, or our programs, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, and/or publicly display such content for the following purposes:
Testimonials and case studies on our website and marketing materials
Social media posts and promotional content
Speaking engagements and presentations
Educational materials and examples in our programs
Public relations and media appearances
This license includes the right to identify you as the author by name, business name, photo, or professional title as we deem appropriate.
Work Created Specifically for Us: Any contributions originally created by you specifically at our request or direction (such as testimonials, video reviews, or case study interviews) shall be deemed a "work made for hire" under Canadian copyright law. As such, the copyrights in those works shall belong to Rana AlBasri Mouawad from their creation.
We have the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Client Work Ownership and Usage Rights
Your Work: You retain full ownership of all personal brand strategies, content, materials, and intellectual property that you create for yourself while participating in our programs. This includes your positioning statements, content strategies, social media posts, articles, videos, and any other materials you develop for your own personal brand.
Our Right to Reference: If you publicly reference, mention, credit, or feature Rana AlBasri Mouawad, the TRUST Method, or our programs in your content, marketing, testimonials, or case studies, you grant us the perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that specific content for marketing, promotional, educational, and public relations purposes.
Testimonials and Results: By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that we may request testimonials, success stories, or case studies from you. While you are not obligated to provide these, if you do, you grant us the rights outlined above.
Non-Compete and Non-Circumvention
Non-Compete Provision: By purchasing any of our products, services, or programs, you agree that for a period of two (2) years following your last participation in any of our programs or purchase of our services, you will NOT:
Offer personal brand consulting, coaching, or strategy services that utilize, are based upon, or are substantially similar to the TRUST Method framework or its elements (Truth, Relevance, Understanding, Substance & Strategy, Testimony)
Create, market, or sell any competing products, programs, courses, or services in the personal brand consulting, reputation building, or employee advocacy space that incorporate concepts, frameworks, or methodologies derived from the TRUST Method or our proprietary materials
Train, coach, or consult others on personal brand strategy using the TRUST Method or any adaptations thereof
Present yourself as a TRUST Method expert, practitioner, or certified consultant without express written authorization from Rana AlBasri Mouawad
Permitted Use of Knowledge: This non-compete provision does NOT prevent you from:
Building and executing your own personal brand strategy using the knowledge and frameworks you've learned
Applying TRUST Method principles to your own business, career, and professional reputation
Referencing your participation in our programs in your professional biography or credentials
Discussing general personal branding concepts that are common knowledge in the industry
Non-Circumvention: You agree not to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to circumvent our business relationships by:
Directly soliciting our current or past clients to work with you as a personal brand consultant
Recruiting our program participants into competing services or programs
Using our community, network, or resources to build a competing business
Enforcement: Violation of these non-compete or non-circumvention provisions may result in immediate termination of your access to our programs, materials, and community, as well as legal action to protect our intellectual property rights. You agree that monetary damages may be insufficient to remedy a breach of these provisions and that we shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
Limitations on Linking and Framing
You may establish a hypertext link to the Site so long as the link does not state or imply any sponsorship of your site by us. However, you may not, without our prior written permission, frame or inline link any of the content of the Site, or incorporate into another website or other service any of our material, content, or intellectual property.

Post or transmit any information, software, or material that contains a virus or other harmful component
Post or transmit any advertising or solicitations without our express written approval
Gather email addresses or other personal information of users for marketing purposes
Share, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to our proprietary materials, including TRUST Method content
Violate any of the intellectual property, non-compete, or usage restrictions outlined in these Terms of Service
We reserve the right to monitor, alter, edit, refuse to post, or remove any content, in whole or in part, for any reason, and to disclose such materials and circumstances to any third party as necessary to satisfy applicable law, regulation, or governmental request, and to protect ourselves, our clients, users, and visitors.
REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
To access certain features of the Site or our programs, you may be required to register and provide information such as your name, email address, and other details. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by registration forms.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or our services.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account
Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RANA ALBASRI MOUAWAD, THE BUSINESS STUDIO INC., OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) THAT RESULT FROM:
The use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services
Any content, materials, products, or services obtained through the Site
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Site
Any other matter relating to the Site or our services
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability, and the liability of The Business Studio Inc., is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site or purchasing our services within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
TERMINATION
We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site, access our programs, or use our services at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of intellectual property rights or non-compete provisions
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Sharing or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials
Creating competing products or services using our intellectual property
In the event of termination:
You are no longer authorized to access the affected services
You must immediately cease all use of our proprietary materials
All intellectual property restrictions, non-compete provisions, and confidentiality obligations survive termination
No refunds will be provided for violations of these Terms
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution Options: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the Site, or our services, either party may choose to resolve the dispute through:
Option A: Negotiation and Mediation The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties may agree to non-binding mediation before pursuing other remedies.
Option B: Arbitration Either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). Arbitration shall be conducted in Oakville, Ontario, or virtually, by a single arbitrator agreed upon by the parties or appointed in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Option C: Court Proceedings Either party may elect to bring the dispute before the courts of Ontario. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario and agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate court in Ontario.
Costs: The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the above, we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of the intellectual property, non-compete, or confidentiality provisions of these Terms of Service.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class action, consolidated action, representative action, or private attorney general action.
If you choose arbitration, class arbitrations and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted unless all relevant parties specifically agree in writing following initiation of the arbitration.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service (other than the Class Action Waiver) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms of Service, and the remainder of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
If the Class Action Waiver provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the entire Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver section will be unenforceable, and any dispute will be resolved by a court in accordance with the Governing Law provisions above.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements for specific programs or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rana AlBasri Mouawad regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
ASSIGNMENT
These Terms of Service shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Rana AlBasri Mouawad and our respective assigns, and legal representatives.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms of Service or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent.
We may freely assign all rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to any affiliated entity, successor, or acquirer of our business.
